Medicare & MaineCare

We are proud to serve our community members who utilize Medicare and MaineCare. To ensure we can provide the necessary administrative support and compliance monitoring required by these programs, we accept a limited number of new Medicare and MaineCare patients each month.

Consultation & Specialty Services

For those seeking a one-time evaluation or focused specialty support.

Focused Follow-up	Standard in-office visit for established patients.	$110
Quick Visit / Virtual	Up to 30 minutes for focused clinical needs or check-ins.	$75
DMV/CDL Adherence	Standalone review of sleep data and completion of licensing forms.	$75

Therapy Management (Cash Pay)

Specialized technical care for sleep and respiratory equipment.

Standalone Titration / Adjustment Visit	Device adjustment, data review, or troubleshooting for Inspire, CPAP, or BiPAP.	$150

Acute & Urgent Care

Fast access for respiratory flares and illness — avoid hospital wait times and get a specialist's assessment for your cough, asthma flare, or sinus infection. Includes nebulizer treatment if needed.

Self-Pay & Transparency

For patients with high-deductible plans, those out-of-network, or those who prefer maximum privacy:

• No Hidden Fees: You will know the cost of your consultation or sleep evaluation before you walk through our doors.
• Documentation: We can provide you with a "Superbill" — a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Specialty Services

• Veterans Services (Nexus Letters): Evaluations for clinical nexus letters and VA secondary-connection opinions are handled as a flat-fee professional consulting service. See our Veterans Resource Page for full pricing and details.
• CPAP Compliance: If you already have equipment and simply need a compliance download and clinical sign-off for insurance, we offer dedicated "Compliance Check" appointments.
